I first started visiting Tenerife when I was just 6 years old (1982). Every year we would come to escape the Irish winter, usually for about two weeks, and stay in Puerto de la Cruz.

It was a classic, glamorous seaside resort, a gem nestled amongst the waves of the Atlantic, at the foot of the imposing slopes of Mount Teide, surrounded by lush vegetation.

The south was quite the opposite: a largely desert landscape, with tomato and banana plantations, and small fishing villages dotted along the coast. But its consistently sunny climate all year round made it an ideal winter holiday destination, in contrast to the more unpredictable winter weather in the north of the island.

Over the years, the transformation began. In less than 10 years, Playa de las Américas was built; it continued to grow, gradually merging with Los Cristianos and the newly created Playa Fañabé.
Similarly, on the southwestern tip of the island, Los Gigantes was established, originally a marina with a resort complex. The town began to develop until it became what is now a coastal tourist resort stretching from Los Gigantes to Puerto Santiago, Playa de la Arena, and Varadero.

My family never stopped visiting the island, and my parents finally settled here after retiring in 1998. I joined them permanently after completing my bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Hispanic Studies in 2000.
Thanks to my knowledge of Spanish, I immediately began working for the real estate developer Construcciones Sport Center, selling villas and apartments off-plan.

I discovered that I love working with clients, helping them find or build their dream home, whether it’s for a holiday home or a permanent residence. I find the process extremely rewarding.
I also love helping sellers, whether by facilitating the purchase of their dream home or helping them resolve any issues through the sale of their property.

Ever since my first job, I have been involved in every aspect of the property sector, building up my network of contacts, learning and gaining qualifications throughout my career.

I have an extensive network of contacts in the legal, financial and tourism sectors.
I can assist you with currency transfers, applying for a mortgage and obtaining all the necessary legal documentation for the purchase of a property.

After nearly 30 years in the industry, I still get the same sense of satisfaction from completing a sale or purchase.
